What the brand is
"Heritage-inspired guesthouses where island life meets conscious travel." Cozy Hotels started in Fuvahmulah — Cozy Nest and Cozy Roots, with rooftop infinity pools and sun-warmed courtyards — and runs Fuvahmulah Scuba Club, which puts guests in the water with tiger sharks. Cozy Art on Dhangethi followed. The site is a modern build with a proper SVG logo and named sub-brand marks.

Cozy is already a small family — Cozy Nest, Cozy Roots, Cozy Art, plus a dive club that doesn't carry the Cozy name — with a coherent identity on a well-built site. The alignment question is off-site: listings, the dive club's relationship to the parent, and the Fuvahmulah overlap with the Expeditions family, a direct competitor in the same tiger-shark market.
